• Resolve incident tickets and troubleshoot issues related to Identity Management and Governance services
• Fulfill Service Catalog access requests and user provisioning activities
• Execute release and change management tickets in accordance with established processes
• Perform security vulnerability remediation, including Saviynt configuration updates
• Support access management functions to reduce security risk and improve compliance posture
• Ensure proper user access provisioning to enhance system usability and user experience
• Participate in a rotational on-call support schedule outside normal business hours
• Maintain documentation and follow change control procedures during system updates
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 5–10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance (IMG/IGA) platforms
• Hands‑on experience administering and configuring Saviynt
• Experience with access provisioning, role management, and account lifecycle management
• Knowledge of incident, change, and release management processes (ITIL‑style environments)
• Experience performing security remediation and supporting compliance requirements
• Ability to troubleshoot access and authentication issues across enterprise systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to support end users and stakeholders
• Ability to work standard business hours (Monday–Friday) and participate in on‑call rotations
