Sr. Test​/QA Analyst

Location: 8500 Leesburg Pike Suite 407 Vienna VA 22182 and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Candidate may be required to relocate to various unanticipated client locations across the U.S.

• Work with business and technical teams to understand user requirements, procedures and problems in order to perform software testing and propose Technical Test Level assessments& testing solutions.
• Implement and support testing tool to generate and send customized reports to senior management team on a regular basis.
• Work on test plan, test strategies, test scenarios, and test steps based on business and system use cases.
• Prepare test strategy including Performance Benchmarking, Capacity Planning, Infrastructure Optimization, Performance problem diagnostics.
• Debug queries on testing environment and perform E2E testing functionality.
• Test, track and drive defect closures and generate defect tracking reports.
• Support software testing on applications pertaining to NGL (Natural Language Generation), and ML (Machine Learning).
• Work on the production usage/logs and identify potential bottleneck and recommend tuning parameters within network, Web servers, Appserver & Database servers.
• Ensure adherence to SEI/CMM/ISO certified quality norms and process.

• Must have Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in the alternate occupation as a QA Engineer.
• Experience in the alternate occupation must include 1 year in performing software testingon applications pertaining to NGL (Natural Language Generation), ML (Machine Learning) and E2E testing functionality.
• Must have experience in test planning, test strategies, test scenarios, and test steps.
• In lieu of Master’s degree + 1 year experience, employer will accept Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the above mentioned field of study and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience as a QA Engineer or any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
