Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Working through existing videos on the organization's You Tube channel in a priority order that will be provided, the candidate will analyze target keywords, optimize metadata, create engaging thumbnails, monitor analytics to ensure videos are easily discoverable and attract viewers, and provide recommendations for future content.

• Keyword Research:
  Identify relevant keywords and phrases that users are searching for on Google and You Tube for all existing videos on the organization's You Tube.
• Content Optimization:
  Optimize existing You Tube channel content, including titles, descriptions, tags, and video content, to target specific keywords.
• Data Analysis:
  Track and analyze key metrics, such as search rankings, traffic, and engagement, to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop You Tube SEO best practices guidelines based on optimization efforts and learnings.
• Develop engaging and informative thumbnails for existing You Tube channel videos that attracts users and satisfies search engine algorithms.
