Key Job Responsibilities- Partner with the Land Acquisition team to streamline how we evaluate and pursue new land opportunities
- Analyze market data, deal pipelines, and site evaluations to help teams identify where to build next
- Improve the workflows that move a potential site from "interesting" to "under contract"
- Build documentation and process maps that capture how we assess land deals so make smart decisions faster
- Support the tools and systems our teams use to track opportunities, manage due diligence, and collaborate with developers
- Deep understanding of homebuilding operations and land development
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365
- AI skills that matter now—advanced prompting, working with AI agents, and applying AI to real business problems
- Business analysis skills that translate to any industry
- Clear career path with mentorship from experienced technology leaders
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
- 1-2 years in business analysis, technology implementation, or process improvement
- Analytical mindset: you can interpret data and translate business needs into requirements
- Clear communicator who connects well with both technical and business teams
- Curious about technology (including AI) and a passion to learn
- The boldness to ask why and challenge the status quo
