This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned federal markets professional with 10+ years of progressive experience. You'll transform organizational capabilities, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while driving significant revenue growth.

• Lead and scale federal civilian portfolio operations from small-to-mid-level environments to enterprise delivery platforms
• Drive business development and stakeholder engagement across DOT and federal civilian agencies
• Manage P&L responsibilities and deliver measurable revenue growth
• Build and develop high-performing teams with strong employee engagement
• Provide strategic direction while maintaining 20-30% billable client involvement during the first 1-2 years
• Interface regularly with clients in the DC area

• 10+ years in federal markets with progressive leadership responsibility
• Strong preference for Department of Transportation experience
• Deep expertise in federal civilian markets and technology modernization
• Proven track record in P&L management and business development
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and federal contracting
• Experience transforming organizational capabilities and scaling operations

• Active government clearance (minimum Public Trust+)

• Currently fully remote with eventual transition to hybrid schedule
• Regular client interface in the DC area required

$180,000 – $200,000 base + performance bonus
