Jr. Project Manager​/Business Analyst

ITCON Services is seeking to hire a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst
.

As a Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will lead and perform all aspects of software and web application development contracts, working with program managers, developers, and other project roles to deliver successful projects.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document business requirements and workflows.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions.
• Create/Update/Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, system specifications, and security documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and development teams to gather information for documentation.
• Edit and proofread existing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and guidelines.

The ideal candidate can work with minimal supervision, employ effective project management, technical writing, and time management skills to organize and handle multiple highly visible priorities, projects, and products simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years in the Information Technology industry.
• 3-5 years of combined experience as a Junior PM, Business Analyst, and Technical Writer.
• Ability to analyze and translate functional business requirements from stakeholders into detailed tasks for Design and Development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Camtasia, and Visio.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality deliverables.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Certification in SharePoint or Salesforce.
• Previous hands‑on experience working in cross‑functional teams.
• PMP Certification or Scrum Master certification.
