ITCON Services is seeking a motivated project manager to support Enterprise Operations and Facilities projects. The full‑time manager will handle:

• Data center migration
• Facilities management
• Server and storage management
• Server and storage deployment
• Server and storage migration
• IT services documentation and rollout
• Cloud assessments, implementations & migrations

Responsibilities include:

• Defining requirements, scope of work, and architectures.
• Tailoring and applying program management and systems engineering processes.
• Leading and defending technical and programmatic decisions.
• Developing, managing, and defending cost and schedule.
• Conducting acquisition planning and source selection.
• Driving task completion.

As part of the organizational PM framework, the manager will:

• Execute and close projects meeting or exceeding objectives.
• Create clear, attainable objectives, build requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.
• Develop project plans, milestones and manage operations.
• Manage stakeholders, team, risk, schedule, budget, and conflicts.
• Ensure team members know their roles.
• Ensure production schedules are met and resources used effectively.
• Coordinate resolution of production‑related problems.
• Maintain proper relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

The position is full‑time salaried, located at the client site in Washington, DC, with possible off‑site work. Public Trust clearance is required.

• US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (+10 years) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• PMP, Agile, Lean, or ITIL training or certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• Experience as a technical project manager.
• Self‑starter attitude with initiative & creativity.
• Project management software experience.
• PowerPoint, Excel, Spreadsheet software.
• Experience using Click Up project management software.
• Contractor must pass background checks for a U.S. House of Representatives vendor badge.

• Understanding of change‑management systems, processes, and documentation.
• Understanding of IT security (Nessus, RMF, security policies).
• Understanding of BCDR principles and documentation.
• Understanding of data center layout and designs.
• Knowledge of hybrid, private, and public clouds.
