The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early‑career HR professional to gain comprehensive, hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced federal contracting environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to delivering high‑quality HR support across the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in human resources (internships or HR coordinator roles accepted).
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and federal contractor compliance requirements (EEO, OFCCP, VEVRAA, AAP).
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification, or actively pursuing certification.
