• Provide tele-health visits including telephonic triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
• Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Utilize specific clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care to patients
• Adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to effectively meet patient needs

• Completion of an accredited PA program with national certification
• Minimum of 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
• Current licensure in Virginia with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every Saturday or Sunday
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• Experience in human-centered primary care
• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care
• Openness to feedback and reflection for professional growth
• Ability to navigate uncertain situations effectively with patients and colleagues
• Passion for being part of a team focused on changing healthcare delivery
