Child and Adolescent Therapist - LCSW, LPC, LMFT - Contract - Hybrid

Blackbird Clinical Services is hiring an independently licensed mental health therapist (contract). This hybrid role works with our Behavioral Health team to deliver high-quality direct care to patients and their families, with a focus on children, adolescents and young adults. The role supports after school, evening and weekend direct care, including virtual teletherapy sessions.

• Experienced clinician using evidence-based practices
• Passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families
• Skilled in facilitating virtual telehealth direct care
• Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Medical Records systems
• Committed to patient outcomes and strong communication and documentation skills
• Flexible and willing to reschedule with families when needed

• Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26
• Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and families
• Maintain thorough patient records and documentation
• Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours (after 4pm Monday–Friday) and weekends (8am–7pm)

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW in Virginia (or PsyD as applicable)
• At least 1 year of experience with children and adolescents
• At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual therapy experience
• Own your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours; 1 day per week at the Vienna, VA clinic location

$90 - $100 USD per hour
