The bridge with third-party providers will support expansion of our offerings and revenue growth until which time we offer financial planning and insurance services in-house.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to drive execution of Pactolus’s 2026 Vision and core values.
- Improve business processes through analysis and collaboration with team members to develop better procedures to improve accuracy, efficiency, and create a heightened client experience.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
