Responsibilities:

• Treasury Operations Expertise: Experience managing global banking relationships
  , liquidity management, and cash flow across multiple entities.
• Systems & Automation: Hands-on experience with SAP (or similar TMS), including system implementation, automation of processes, and reporting improvements
  . Comfortable working with IT teams on technical projects.
• Project Management: Ability to lead system implementation projects
  , process optimization, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Compliance & Controls: Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC, tax withholding
  , and adherence to treasury/finance policies.
• Staff Leadership:
  
  Experience with
  direct reports and project-based supervision
  , including hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborates with Procurement, Tax, Finance, and Operations teams to align treasury processes with business objectives.
• Communication & Reporting: Ability to present insights, manage stakeholders
  , and provide clear reporting on cash, risk, and operational metrics.

Job Title: Treasury Manager

Location: On Site - Vienna, Virginia, United States

Salary: $100,000-$140,000

Must-Have

Skills:

• Experience Level: 6–10+ years in treasury or finance roles, ideally global treasury exposure
  .
• Technical Proficiency: SAP experience required; exposure to process automation and treasury system optimization.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a small team
  , with project-based supervision of additional staff.
• Operational Focus: Comfortable building processes in an evolving team rather than inheriting structured operations.
• Professional Traits: Not title-driven; motivated by growth through responsibility and exposure
  .
• Location Fit: Ideally local or willing to relocate
  , committed to working on-site as needed.
• Compensation Range Awareness: Understanding of salary expectations and overtime/bonus structures

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Nice-to-Have

• 4+ years of experience in a financial institution technical support environment.
• Familiarity with Visio or other flowcharting/documentation tools.
