Capital Markets Analyst – Rotational Program (Entry-Level)Location:
Reston, VA
Salary: 80-90K (Full-time)
Must have the following- BS or MS in Finance (2024–2026 graduate), interest in fixed income and capital markets, Excel or R modeling skills, self-starter mindset, U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Participate in a two-year rotational program across multiple Capital Markets functions
- Support daily activities on short-term and long-term funding desks, including debt servicing operations
- Assist with issuance, settlement, and payment processes tied to Consolidated Obligations (COs)
- Produce funding indications, guidelines, and operational reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support recommendations and decisions
- Prepare market analysis, commentary, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, banking partners, dealers, and market participants
- Contribute to business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and Capital Markets projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in fixed income, debt capital markets, and derivatives
- Financial modeling experience using Excel or R
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Power BI or other BI tools preferred - Solid understanding of statistical and analytical concepts
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
