Reston, VA

Salary: 80-90K (Full-time)

• BS or MS in Finance (2024–2026 graduate), interest in fixed income and capital markets, Excel or R modeling skills, self-starter mindset, U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

• Participate in a two-year rotational program across multiple Capital Markets functions
• Support daily activities on short-term and long-term funding desks, including debt servicing operations
• Assist with issuance, settlement, and payment processes tied to Consolidated Obligations (COs)
• Produce funding indications, guidelines, and operational reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support recommendations and decisions
• Prepare market analysis, commentary, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, banking partners, dealers, and market participants
• Contribute to business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and Capital Markets projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in fixed income, debt capital markets, and derivatives
• Financial modeling experience using Excel or R
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  Power BI or other BI tools preferred
• Solid understanding of statistical and analytical concepts
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
