This position is in Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, in the House Management Division. The major duties of the Usher GS3 position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Greets, directs, informs, and assists patrons with facility orientation and complaint resolution. Provides clear, tactful oral communication to patrons and fellow staff members. Resolves patron complaints concerning performance and environmental issues within the theater.
