• This is a pipeline position that will be opened on a recurring basis and used to fill roles aligned with the required skill sets.

• Deeply understand federal agencies’ mission‑critical objectives, challenges, risks, and transformation priorities, and connect them to Net App’s unified platform and solutions.
• Translate Net App solutions into a clear public value proposition, tailoring discovery, storytelling, and solutions to agency‑specific challenges.
• Demonstrate strong hunting mentality—identifying whitespace opportunities, new workloads, emerging buyer personas, and expansion paths across your territory.
• Maintain disciplined sales excellence, including pipeline management and forecast accuracy, using MEDDICC‑aligned discovery and qualification.
• Lead the orchestration of an integrated pursuit team so the customer experiences one integrated team. Drive post‑sales handoff to Customer Success with a clear value realization plan tied to the original business case.

• Understanding hybrid cloud architectures, data and AI pipelines, consumption economics, and how to translate technology decisions into mission‑focused outcomes.

• Demonstrated success selling into the federal government, influencing and driving the sales process, navigating complex procurement processes, and managing multi‑layer stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage a network of key decision makers and influencers within the federal government, building trust with agency leaders, procurement officials, and program executives.
• Confident building ROI/TCO models, structuring deal economics, and guiding executives through financial decisions with clarity and credibility.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and managing complex negotiations.
• Communication is crisp, timely, and tailored to the buying persona, translating complexity into clear next steps and guiding clients confidently toward the right outcome.
• Belief in orchestration, clarity, and empowerment—using partners, specialists, and internal resources as multipliers.

The target salary range for this position is 306, USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on OTE (On Target Earnings), representing the total potential earnings (base + commission when performance targets are achieved). Final compensation packages are competitive and include a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off, leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs).
