About Antithesis
Antithesis is a developer tools company building a fundamentally new approach to software testing.
Our platform combines advanced fuzzing and property-based testing with large-scale deterministic simulation to find deep, correctness‑critical bugs that traditional approaches miss. We work with customers who care deeply about correctness, reliability, and trust in complex software systems.
Antithesis is in the early stages of productizing a powerful underlying technology
. While core capabilities exist and are already in use by customers, many workflows, abstractions, and product surfaces are still being shaped. This is an opportunity to help turn deep technical capability into a coherent, usable, and durable product over time.
We have recently formed a dedicated Product organization and are intentionally investing in product judgment, clarity, and long‑term coherence as we scale.
The role:We’re hiring Product Managers to own meaningful parts of Antithesis’s product and help shape how it evolves over time. This role is about making good product decisions under ambiguity
. You’ll be responsible for framing problems, defining structure where little exists, making tradeoffs, and owning outcomes within one or more product areas. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Design, but you will not be a delivery manager or a requirements conduit. You should be excited about early‑stage product work
: defining workflows, clarifying abstractions, and making foundational decisions that will shape the product for years to come. Product Managers at Antithesis are expected to exercise judgment, take ownership, and care deeply about conceptual clarity and customer outcomes.
Own product decisions within your area(s) of responsibility
Frame problems and define what success looks like
Prioritize work and make tradeoffs explicitly
Decide when to act independently and when to escalate
Represent customer intent
Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and goals
Interpret feedback and usage signals rather than relaying requests
Advocate for customer value in cross‑functional discussions
Help productize complex technology
Turn powerful but abstract capabilities into usable workflows
Clarify concepts, terminology, and mental models
Identify where structure is missing and help define it
Preserve product coherence
Care about abstractions, mental models, and consistency
Identify and address confusing or fragmented product experiences
Balance short‑term needs with long‑term clarity
Partner with Engineering and Design
Collaborate closely and early
Respect technical and design constraints
Clarify intent and success criteria while leaving implementation details to Engineering
Own outcomes over time
Follow decisions through their consequences
Learn from results and adjust course when needed
Take responsibility for how your area evolves, not just what ships
Not a project or program management role
Not a delivery or execution tracking role
Not a proxy for stakeholder requests
Not a purely tactical or feature‑factory PM role
We are explicitly looking for Product Managers who want to own decisions and outcomes
, not just process.
We’re looking for Product Managers who bring strong judgment and intellectual rigor.
You likely have:
Experience owning product decisions in complex or technical domains
Comfort operating with ambiguity and incomplete information
Experience working on early or evolving products, not just scaled ones
Strong reasoning and communication skills
A bias toward action combined with thoughtful tradeoffs
Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or technically sophisticated products is helpful, but not required.
How success is measured:Product Managers at Antithesis are evaluated on:
The quality of their decisions
The clarity of their reasoning
The outcomes their product areas achieve over time
Their ability to learn, adapt, and improve judgment
They are not evaluated on:
Volume of shipped features
Amount of documentation or process
Personal heroics or overwork
You’ll work on a product with real conceptual depth and technical ambition
You’ll…
