Electricial Technician

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Beaumont, Texas
Pay Range: Starting from $35.37

• Inspect, install, repair, and calibrate electrical and electronic apparatus, devices, and circuits across the plant.
• Analyze and troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, and controls to ensure optimal operation.
• Perform wiring, replacement, and maintenance of electrical motors and equipment.
• Design, install, and maintain communication and control circuits, including PLC programming.
• Adhere to safety procedures, maintain work area organization, and assist in emergency repairs as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct electrician experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to pass an Electrical Union Test covering motors, schematics, AC/DC theory, PLCs, and process controls.
• Knowledge of electrical tools, testing instruments, and safety protocols.
• Experience with installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic equipment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
