The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering quality patient care, maintaining nursing standards, and supporting the hospital’s philosophy.

Responsibilities include:

• Prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care.
• Ensuring compliance with performance and nursing practice standards.
• Documenting patient care according to hospital policies.
• Supporting various departments such as Med/Surg, Critical Care, and Emergency.
• Conducting physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Protecting patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Supporting patient safety initiatives.
• Providing patient and family education.

Qualifications include:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience.
