The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering quality patient care, maintaining nursing standards, and supporting the hospital’s philosophy.
Responsibilities include:
- Prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care.
- Ensuring compliance with performance and nursing practice standards.
- Documenting patient care according to hospital policies.
- Supporting various departments such as Med/Surg, Critical Care, and Emergency.
- Conducting physical and psychosocial assessments.
- Protecting patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Supporting patient safety initiatives.
- Providing patient and family education.
Qualifications include:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 3 years RN experience.
