Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Stand Up Forklift Operator in Victorville, California.

Warehouse positions pay weekly.

• Hourly Pay: $21.84 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.60 per hour shift premium
• Overtime Pay: $32.76 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Night Shift, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse environment
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual with good attendance
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision
• Initiative and high level of accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work using health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule availability on various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up

• Perform warehouse function which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production core shift
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Other duties as assigned
