Armed Guards must complete all Level 1 and Level 2 Guard training. In addition, extensive firearm‑handling training is required, including pre‑assignment, post‑assignment, and annual training.
Training Requirements- Completion of Level 1 and Level 2 Guard training.
- Firearms training (if applicable):
Pre‑assignment training, Post‑assignment training, Annual training.
- Recognize, know, and identify regular client employees.
- Recognize, know, and identify persons from the government and private sectors who repeatedly visit the premises.
- Be mindful of all other persons on the premises.
