Outside Sales Representative – Events & Field Sales

Outside Sales Representatives to sell home internet services and enroll customers for free smartphones through the California Lifeline program. Our team works outdoors at community events, pop-ups, and high-traffic locations, engaging directly with customers face-to-face.

We operate face-to-face through high-traffic events and outreach locations, helping families access free phones and reliable home internet programs. Pay & Schedule

• $24/hour + commission
• 22–28 hours per week (40 hours available to top performers)
• Monday–Friday
• Consistent Flexible schedules

• Setting up and working at outdoor events, pop-ups, and community locations
• Engaging the public and starting conversations
• Educating customers on internet and free phone options
• Enrolling qualified participants
• Representing the brand with confidence and professionalism
• Working independently while staying accountable to goals

• Strong work ethic and personal discipline
• Comfortable working outside and on your feet
• Confident communicator (no fear of talking to strangers)
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide structured, hands-on training and ongoing support.
