We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to help create an exceptional customer experience. As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and ensuring the store looks appealing—all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, leveraging your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

• Experience in retail preferred; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17 per hour. Actual salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
