Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an Apparel Salesperson at our brand new Victorville, CA location!
This is a hourly, full-time position plus commission with an average pay ranging between $36,000 to $55,000 a year. The pay range scale can fluctuate based on individual’s performance.
We offer full benefits including:

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm;
Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
You are a great fit if you can:
- Greet and assist all guests with an exceptional attitude and provide top-tier products and recommendations to ensure a seamless experience.
- Review all pending special orders and follow‑up with guests on arrival or estimated time of arrival of items.
- Maintain apparel brand and specific assigned section. (Clean, price label, organize, re‑merchandise overstock onto salesfloor and apparel section).
- Ensure a proper handover of a guest from all sales personnel and also log, provide business cards and follow‑up.
- Assist all guests with any returns or exchanges.
- Attain minimum A.I. sales goal monthly by fulling utilizing all available resources.
You are a great fit if you can:
- Greet and assist all customers inquiries with phenomenal customer service and product knowledge while providing additional add‑on suggestions.
- Perform functions on company program such as building invoices, cashier, locating parts, searching parts, and utilize as a follow‑up tool.
- Ensure estimated time of arrival on all pending orders and ensure consistent follow up with all customers.
