• Create an outstanding shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive sales through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals.

• Proven retail or similar experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Availability for a mix of mornings, days, and nights weekly.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communication in English.

• Prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to lift 5-25 lbs regularly.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.

Pay range: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour. Eligible for company 401K plan.
