Dishwasher – Out West Restaurant Group

Location: Victorville, CA

Salary: $17.50 – $17.50 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time

Seniority Level: Entry level

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food safety and sanitation.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
• Perform general cleaning of the restaurant.
• Manage pace and organization of dish execution.
• Understand how the dish machine operates and its chemical components.
• Follow procedures for changing out water and chemicals.
• Keep floors clean and dry.
• Keep plates and small wares clean.
• Inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Correct unsafe practices or conditions and notify management.

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full‑service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Available to work a variety of opens, swings, and closes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Good vision and hand‑eye coordination for handling small objects, tools, and controls.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments.
