We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a part‑time/PRN position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance clients' independence and well‑being.
• Implement evidence‑based interventions and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of treatment progress.
• Direct and supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and/or Aide.
• BLS/CPR required.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence‑based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
• Passion around serving others!
• California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
• AHA BLS required.
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
