- Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
- Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
- Primary Care (BC or BE Family Medicine)
- Academic Opportunity - will support local Family Medicine Residency Program (optional)
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) - Base salary ranges from $250K to $300K.
- Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
- Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
- Position in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $250,000-$300,000.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
