Primary Care Physician position with Desert Valley Medical Group, affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital. The group is a multi-specialty practice with opportunities to grow within a community-focused environment.

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group.
• Primary Care (BC or BE Family Medicine).
• Academic Opportunity: will support local Family Medicine Residency Program (optional).
• Work Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday (8 AM to 5 PM).
• Base salary ranges from $250K to $300K.
• Base Salary + Productivity Bonus.
• Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.
• Position in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
• Benefits include competitive compensation, production bonus, health insurance (self-funded EPO, no cost for the provider), retirement (401k), CME allowance, relocation reimbursement, sign-on bonus, and malpractice insurance.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, including wages, benefits, and other compensation, is between $250,000-$300,000. The exact starting compensation will be determined at hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
