Champion Homes is one of the fastest growing homebuilders in the country. We are looking for sales professionals who are hungry, motivated, computer savvy, detail oriented, and career driven. Our goal is to train outstanding sales candidates for future Sales Manager and General Manager roles.

• Establish relationships with customers to gather information necessary to determine purchase requirements, timelines, and financing needs.
• Utilize the Titan sales process to create sales and close deals.
• Set proper customer expectations and maintain communication throughout the order, delivery, and setup process.
• Continuously learn product knowledge to keep customers informed about new products, promote current floor plans and materials.
• Communicate constantly with the General Manager, Office Manager, and Sales Manager to ensure accurate customer communications and positive customer satisfaction.
• Advertise homes/communities via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Engage potential customers and set appointments to promote the sale.
• Greets customers upon arrival.
• Inform customers of the types of loans and financing available; begin the initial process of having customers complete financing applications.
• Introduce customers to support staff who will be handling financing.
• Participate in ongoing training as well as daily meetings.
• Ask for referrals to increase and promote further sales.
• Offer assistance to promote teamwork and camaraderie.
• Enroll in CE to maintain sales license.
• Maintain follow‑up files for all potential sales.

• A High School degree or G.E.D. with one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Spanish bilingual required.
• Strong social media presence and passion for marketing.
• Assertive, self‑driven, and motivated to achieve ambitious goals with enthusiasm for rewards.
• Energetic about meeting new people and building relationships.
• Computer savvy and detail orientated.

Background check and drug screen are required.
