Overview
Position Summary...We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.
The member assistant – cart attendant role involves ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist our members by helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow — our members count on you.
Whatyou’ll do
- Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled by notifying members when pickup times are delayed and informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options when needed.
- Ensure items are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures; ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company s products and services.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling merchandise; report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions; process member purchases and payments; use cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; maintain availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply the Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.
- Complete work assignments with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
