Duties and Responsibilities:- As a welder, you’ll receive a competitive pay starting at $18.55
. Over time, based on performance, attendance and business need, there is opportunity to promote to higher welder positions. - We offer a total rewards package that provides day one benefits (medical, dental, vision, RX, and 6% matching 401K).

- Safety is a top priority. We provide all personal protective equipment- welding hoods, steel toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, etc. as well as a uniform shirts, pants, and a jacket.

- Hand weld in multiple positions to create parts using semi-automatic MIG welders and .052 solid wire.
- Use robotic welding technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
- Perform advanced welding techniques, all while using safety, quality and standard work.
- Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and product.
- Work in one and two-person weld zones that are clean, well ventilated, safe and equipped with the latest technologies.
- Commit to being on-time and reliable.
- Possess a welding certification OR a minimum of 6 months experience as a welder.
- Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrates ability to follow directions and standard work.
- Must have the ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, performing repetitive work.
- Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace.
- Experience MIG welding.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Tools/Works.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to work overtime to support production demands.
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Days: Monday-Friday
Starting pay rate: $18.55/hr + Quarterly Goal Sharing
Work location: Victoria, TX

Summary Pay Range: $18.55 - $24.05
