• As a welder, you’ll receive a competitive pay starting at $18.55
  . Over time, based on performance, attendance and business need, there is opportunity to promote to higher welder positions.

• Hand weld in multiple positions to create parts using semi-automatic MIG welders and .052 solid wire.
• Use robotic welding technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency.
• Perform advanced welding techniques, all while using safety, quality and standard work.
• Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and product.
• Work in one and two-person weld zones that are clean, well ventilated, safe and equipped with the latest technologies.
• Commit to being on-time and reliable.

• Possess a welding certification OR a minimum of 6 months experience as a welder.
• Demonstrates ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrates ability to follow directions and standard work.
• Must have the ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, performing repetitive work.
• Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace.

• Experience MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Tools/Works.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
• Ability to work overtime to support production demands.

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Days: Monday-Friday

Starting pay rate: $18.55/hr + Quarterly Goal Sharing

Work location: Victoria, TX
