• Operate forklift to move materials to the lines and move pallets of finished goods to the staging area.
• Load and unload trailers, pull product, move product with lift truck/turret truck within the warehouse and onto trucks.
• Follow all Company policies regarding safety, quality and attendance and report observed safety hazards.
• Perform housekeeping activities such as sweeping/moping tire marks, picking up trash bags, emptying recycle bins, and bailing cardboard.
• Complete crown lift or forklift safety checklist and maintain equipment.
• Complete packaging orders by locating and pulling packaging in the warehouse racks and putting packaging on designated area on the production floor and consolidating similar packaging.
• Participate in employee driven teams to address a variety of operations related issues.

• Complete work orders by pulling finished goods from lines, moving to stretch wrap, weighing pallets, scanning and transferring to JDE.
• Retrieve pallets from outside and supply to production lines, stack appropriately, and remove broken pallets.
• Picks up, weighs, labels and bails non‑conforming product from production lines and places bailed product in staging area, filling out forms.
• Get master‑batch from racks, place on dumper, operate dumper and take to appropriate location; break down empty gaylord and take to cardboard recycling area.
• Safely operate and maintain baler and stretch‑wrap machine as needed.

• Must be able to obtain a forklift operator license.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of general computer systems to utilize automated product scanning software.

While performing the duties of this job in manufacturing, the employee is regularly required to lift, move and carry boxes of materials and/or equipment unassisted, weighing up to 35 pounds. Employees must be able to drive a forklift and must have 20/20 vision with corrective lenses.

Employees must have manual dexterity to use scanner and to key information into computer system.
