How will YOU contribute to the Team?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Manager (Individual Contributor role) to support complex programmatic and social delivery within our Melbourne pod. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background in programmatic and social trading, strong troubleshooting capability, and the ability to confidently handle complex, high-value client campaigns. This role is not a people management position, but instead a senior specialist role focused on elevating technical excellence and providing expert-level support on advanced trading challenges, while sharing knowledge with the wider teams.
This role is crucial for solving complex setups, supporting client conversations where senior technical depth is required, and lifting the overall capability of the pod through hands-on expertise.
As the Senior Performance Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end programmatic and social setup, execution, optimisation and advanced troubleshooting across programmatic and social platforms. This includes tagging, CM360 workflows, attribution-related setups, dynamic product feeds, and ensuring high-quality delivery against client KPIs. You will work as a technical counterpart to the pod lead, providing depth on the most challenging campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management and Product teams to ensure our AI-driven solutions are implemented effectively in market.
In your role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that we deliver and execute world class Programmatic, SEM and Social campaigns both in Australia and globally, with a focus on complex briefs, enterprise clients, and high-attention trading requirements.
Your role and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Campaign Execution & Optimisation
- Set up, manage, and optimise programmatic and social campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD, Magnite, META Ads, OpenX etc).
- Own advanced trading tasks such as CM360 implementation, tagging, pixel QA, feed troubleshooting, and attribution-related setups.
- Implement and manage trading strategies to achieve financial targets and optimise trading performance
- Implement precision-led audience strategies, targeting models, and optimisation rules.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, performance trends, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Conduct daily optimisation to maximise ROI and ensure KPI alignment (CTR, CPA, ROAS, VTR, reach, etc.).
