Location: Victoria, TX 77901 Shift: Day Shift, 5x8‑hour (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) Schedule: Monday–Friday with on‑call every other week (7 days on, 7 days off) Start Date: February 16, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
OverviewA healthcare facility in Victoria, Texas is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week assignment. This role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced procedural environment. Travel experience is not required for candidates with at least two years of Cath Lab experience.
Responsibilities- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures.
- Operate and troubleshoot Cath Lab imaging and monitoring equipment.
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural supplies.
- Monitor patient status and document procedural data accurately.
- Participate in on‑call rotation every other week (7 consecutive days).
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and technologists to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
- RCIS certification or ARRT with an active Texas license.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required if no prior travel experience.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS preferred.
- ARRT R preferred.
- CCI RCIS accepted.
- Strong understanding of Cath Lab procedures, sterile technique, and radiation safety.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Monday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours.
- On‑call rotation every other week (7 days on, 7 days off).
- 13‑week contract with potential for extension depending on facility needs.
