Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) PRN – South Texas (19966)

- Treat patients as directed by the occupational therapist
- Record treatments given in medical record
- Participate in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings
- Communicate with supervising therapist, rehab director and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
- Participate in facility in‑service training programs
- Record daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state occupational therapy rules
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current license in practicing state
- Good communication skills; able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff
- Capable of performing the responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations
