Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab | Victoria, TX (13-Week Contract)

• Shift: Days, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (variable 7:00 am – 6:00 pm)
• Call:
  None
• Weekends:
  None
• Setting:
  Outpatient rehab only
• Floating:
  Minimal, between two facilities
• Scheduling:
• No 48-hour option
• No block scheduling
• Time Off:
  Max of 8 days RTO allowed

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient rehab team in Victoria, Texas
. This role is ideal for PTs who enjoy working in a structured weekday schedule with no hospital duties or weekend requirements.

Requirements

• Certifications:
  
  BLS required
• Licensure:
  Active TX PT license required
• Experience/Knowledge Areas:
  Ortho, Neuro, and Chronic Pain rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with rehab team members and referring physicians for comprehensive care
• Provide patient education on exercises, injury prevention, and ongoing therapy needs
• Document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
