We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Lean Facilitator / EHS in Victoria, TX.

Our Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. • The Lean Facilitator / EHS supports, teaches, and leads projects using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.

• This role is located in Victoria, TX and does not offer relocation
• This role is 1st shift
• This role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedules
• This role requires up to 20% domestic travel

• Leads Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives programs while driving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to reduce risk, eliminate waste, improve processes, and strengthen a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Assisting in employing Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.
• This role integrates regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety leadership with Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven improvement methods to support business performance and employee well‑being.
• Supporting the design and development of Six Sigma program strategies and goals, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvements.
• Providing assistance in the implementation of Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.
• Participating in planning, developing and implementing Six Sigma projects to meet specific quality and performance standards.

  Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
• Analytical Thinking

  Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

  Understanding and insight into evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.
• Problem Solving
  :
  Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
