Claims Examiner – Liability

Overview

Kelly® is hiring a Claims Examiner – Liability for a global provider of technology‑enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions. The role is 100 % remote, day shift, CST standard work hours, and offers a current pay rate of $35.71 / HR.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
• 2–4 years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Subject‑matter expertise in general liability claims, recoveries, offsets, deductions, and cost containment principles.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and general PC literacy.
• Excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to meet service expectations.

• Analyze complex or technically difficult general liability claims to determine benefits due.
• Work with high‑exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation.
• Ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices, and specific client service requirements.
• Identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.

• Medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, and critical illness plans.
• Retirement savings plan and holiday pay (up to eight paid holidays per benefit year).
