As a General Merchandise Associate with Walmart Canada in Victoria, BC

Pay: Starting from $18.00/hour (based on experience)

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and helping them locate products and make purchase decisions
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate
• Cover assigned salesfloor area(s) and maintain floor coverage with the team
• Zone assigned areas and keep shelves and displays organized
• Move feature merchandise to its correct modular home
• Work recovery merchandise from Customer Service desk and other store areas
• Assist with Front End coverage when needed
• Support a safe, clean, hazard‑free environment (including safety sweep logs and ensuring displays/fixtures are secure)
• Stock merchandise and picks, downstock if applicable, apply product protection when required
• Set and complete modulars
