Part-Time Front End Supervisor
to our team!
Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

- A desire to provide outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
- The ability to strike up a conversation and communicate with anyone
- A heightened attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A high level of motivation and a proactive attitude
- A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback
- The ability to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices
Some of what you will do:
- Supervise front-end team members and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are performed
- Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal and external customers
- Handle all customer feedback in a positive and professional manner
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is correct
- Process customer’s grocery orders efficiently and accurately
- Follow all cash handling procedures
- Learn product codes and differentiate between products
- Issue receipts, refunds, and credits
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly checkout area
- Perform other duties as required
Experience and
Education:
- A minimum of 1 year leadership experience or 2 years of grocery/retail experience
- Previous cash handling experience would be considered an asset
Pay for This Role
Starting Range: $20.75–$22.50 per hour
Most new team members in this position start within this range, based on experience and skill level.
Growth Range:
Up to $27 per hour
There is opportunity for wage growth over time, with increases tied to annual performance reviews.
