• Assist in managing daily operations of the Meat Department while providing outstanding service to customers.
• Coach staff to provide superior cuts of meat and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Utilize leadership skills to assist with training employees under the guidance of the Department Manager.
• Maintain compliance with Health and Safety legislation, policies and practices.

• Previous meat retail experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of Health and Safety legislation is an asset.
• Post‑secondary certification is an asset.
