Seeking a Store Manager/Supervisor, who will lead the day to day operations of the Sidney store and guide a team of Eyecare Consultants to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering $24-$28/Hr!
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer care
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
- Provide guidance on product selection, sales techniques, and service standards
- Use KPIs to drive performance while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of every decision
- Ensure accuracy in orders and dispensing to maintain high clinical and service standards
- Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism

- Experience in retail management or supervision – optical experience required
