Seeking a Store Manager/Supervisor, who will lead the day to day operations of the Sidney store and guide a team of Eyecare Consultants to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering $24-$28/Hr!

• Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer care
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows
• Provide guidance on product selection, sales techniques, and service standards
• Use KPIs to drive performance while keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of every decision
• Ensure accuracy in orders and dispensing to maintain high clinical and service standards
• Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism

• Experience in retail management or supervision – optical experience required
• A natural people person who values building long term customer relationships

• Strong understanding of KPIs and proven ability to drive performance
• Detail oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy in all tasks
• Confident managing store operations, addressing concerns, and creating a vision for success
