We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an organized, customer‑focused Store Manager to take ownership of our Victoria location.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Full‑Time Store Manager for our Victoria and surrounding Self‑Storage Facilities to become a part of our team! As the Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations at our Victoria facility, balancing administration, customer service, and light property management. You’ll be the friendly face greeting customers, managing move‑ins and move‑outs, maintaining the property, and ensuring smooth, secure facility operations.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the business and site to grow the business and build relationships in the community. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of work, customer interaction, and hands‑on property oversight.
Responsibilities Administration & Customer Service- Handle customer inquiries, move‑ins, move‑outs, and payments in person, by phone, and online.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and other systems.
- Prepare invoices and reports as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, yard, and access gate systems.
- Coordinate snow removal, landscaping, and minor maintenance.
- Maintain site cleanliness and ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Monitor access controls and assist with troubleshooting entry issues.
- Promote storage solutions and identify upselling opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives and maintain a positive local presence.
- Collaborate with head office and other departments using MS Teams, email, and phone.
- Previous experience in customer service, property management, or retail operations preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM or online management systems.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
