We are seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join Axiom Builders. This role is designed for someone eager to build their career in construction by learning directly from experienced Project Managers and working closely with trade partners and field operations staff. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager, you will gain hands‑on exposure to every stage of the construction process.

From managing documentation and project systems to coordinating safety protocols and communication between subtrades, clients, architects, and consultants, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to grow into a future Project Manager.

• Collect, organize, and maintain all project materials including drawings, specifications, purchase orders, design plans, and contract documents.
• Prepare change order documentation and tracking of all contract change orders and purchase orders.
• Assist with the sample and shop drawing review process throughout the project, including review, distribution, and final approvals electronically.
• Report on project progress and productivity to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with on‑site and company‑wide health and safety protocols and policies.
• Communicate with subtrades to assist in budgeting and ensure they understand their scope of work.
• Review designs and use knowledge of construction methods to determine the most cost‑effective approach.

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum one‑to‑two (1‑2) years of experience in construction on‑site as a Project Coordinator.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project and other construction related software considered a strong asset.
• Academic experience or professional exposure to Design or VCON considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Willing and excited to work on site and be actively involved in project execution.

Why Axiom Builders. The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program. During the interview process, let’s talk to get the right fit for your experience level.
