- Lead & Engage:
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team - Culture – Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment.

- Lead and engage the team to achieve accuracy and efficiency in inventory processes.
- Coach and train Inventory Associates on standard procedures.
- Ensure adherence to established workflows and playbooks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- No degree needed; candidates with no experience or returning to the workforce and military experience are encouraged to apply

- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods with occasional walking; ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; ability to assume low positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching); ability to frequently use a ladder; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs; ability to travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
