Travel RN - Med​/Surg

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg day shift assignment requiring a MS or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent med/surg experience.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg unit on Floor 4,

• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30,

• 13-week contract assignment,

• Patient population consists of adult med/surg cases,

Job Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required,

• Minimum 1 year of recent med/surg RN experience required,

• No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months,

• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment,

• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility; no local travelers,

• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the past 2 years are not eligible,

Additional Information

• Requests for time off must be less than 1 week,

• Returning employees or travelers must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years,

• No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers accepted,

• Floating may be required within the scope of the Med/Surg unit,
