Supervisor - Player Services

Overview

The Role:

As a Player Service Supervisor you are responsible for the activities of the Cage & Credit department as subject to established company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

• Tracks and investigates all overages and shortages
• Approves credit limits and over limit extensions within guidelines established by check cashing procedures
• Ensures all department employees are following proper policy and procedures as stipulated by the company and by the department
• Maintains accurate accountability for all funds assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
