Kid Strong Vestavia Hills (AL) is seeking energetic, passionate coaches to lead science‑based fitness classes for children ages walking to 11 years old. The position is part‑time, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Kid Strong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical, and character development. Classes are 45 minutes long, age‑based, and use movement‑based science games to build strength, confidence, and cognitive skills.

• Lead daily coaching classes for children aged 15 months‑11 years old.
• Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate fitness routines.
• Communicate with parents about the curriculum and progress.
• Maintain a safe environment and perform class safety assessments.
• Assist with birthday party and camp coaching sessions as needed.
• Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and equipment management.

• Passion for working with children (non‑negotiable).
• Experience coaching or teaching young children; pediatric OT/PT experience is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Strong interpersonal communication and motivational skills.
• Self‑starter who completes tasks independently.

• Competitive hourly rate: $18–$27 per hour.
