We’re a locally owned grooming shop looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and is comfortable recommending services and memberships that help dogs receive consistent, high-quality care. This role focuses on pet parents, while our groomers and bathers focus on the dogs.

• Welcome pet parents in person and on the phone
• Explain services, add-ons, and membership options clearly and confidently
• Recommend additional services and memberships based on each dog’s needs
• Schedule appointments and keep the day running smoothly
• Handle check-in, check-out, and basic transactions
• Support a positive, organized front-desk experience

• Strong hourly pay + tips
