The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills is seeking Server(s) to join their team!
Job Type: Full-time

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards.
• Ensure proper dining set-up, provide meal and dining services, and clean dining rooms.
• Handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards; comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred

• Understanding of infection control procedures
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress
• Competent in time management and organizational skills
• Understands and embraces the assisted living philosophy
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours; available for peak service delivery days and times
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
